A glorious summer day~

Mornings just can't get any better than this one in my book.  A beautiful sunrise, 50 degrees and no humidity!  My kind of weather.
I started the day with an early cup of coffee, listening to the sounds of peace on the farm.  No one stirring - everyone still nestled in their places of comfort, waiting for dawn to break.  Once the sun does rise, look out.  Things change quickly!!

Most of our little goaties have gone to their new homes. As you can see, they are very friendly and love attention!   Two little wethers remain for now until their new family is ready to take them home.  It's very rewarding when our babies go to loving homes, especially with children.  These children are adorable and these goat kids are extremely lucky!

Time to get busy......hope you all have a great day!

I am so with you on the weather, it was nice to go put the horses out and not be sweating by the time I was done cleaning stalls. Enjoy your day!

We are melting here with high humidity. We are NOT use to this kind of weater as normally our heat is a dry heat.

I can't imagine what it must be like else where when humidity is the norm.

Ugh.

Sounds like lovely weather! It's crazy how one minute we are all anticipating the lambs (and kids) then suddenly they are going off to their new homes. Would love to see more pix of your store this year. I really admire what you've created with it.

threecollie,
Thanks :) I'm with you - today I actually wanted to be outside!

cowgirlwannabe,
We put up hay today and didn't hardly sweat at a all...hope this weather last for a good long while :)

DayPhoto,
Sorry the humidity has hit you. It has been unbearable here for weeks. I hope it never comes back!

Tammy,
It really is :) Your right -- I was thinking that the other day. Where did all our babies go? They grow as quickly as everything else. I'll try to get more photos of the shop up for you. Thanks for asking!

Gayle,
One of my sweetest friends is moving to Alaska in September! I can't remember now if it's Fairbanks or Anchorage. I'll find out for sure. She has a friend that lives there and she's been to visit twice. She loves it!! I'm hoping I can fly out to visit her. Maybe we can meet up as well.

Hope you all have a great weekend -
